They were very helpful and kind. I signed up for the visit and was first in line. Not a long wait. My cat is doing well and no problems. Got her shots which was needed! On time as well!

This place is a RIP OFF! Over $200 dollars for cat vaccinations that you can go over to Ohio Humane and get for $15 each. 32 dollars for a microchip Ohio Humane charges $25! You can get your cat vaccinated fixed and microchipped for $145 dollars. It cost $55 to get your cat vaccinated and microchipped at Ohio Humane. Your getting ripped off and overcharged people. Your not paying for quality care your paying for a name VIP PET CARE
