Why couldn't I touch my dog during treatment. Simple bordetella inhaler. Yes, he's a nervous pup, but it would have been less stressful if I could have helped. Instead he blew his anal glands - what a mess.
When I registered, I received a message saying that I could "go shopping or stay comfortably in my car" while I waited for the text to check in. This doesn't work for those of us with cats. I can't sit in a hot car with my poor cat in a cage for potentially an hour and a half! I should add that the service I received once I did check in was slow, but fine. Next time I will know to register further ahead of the day I plan to go in so that I can hopefully check in earlier in the day.
For your basic assembly line production shot factory I thought this went pretty smooth. Obviously for a weekend shot clinic. It was very busy so there were some wait times but it was worked out so you could wait comfortably. Having the records emailed to me in a PDF format was very handy, transferring to the veterinarian.
Everything was perfect. I had registered online. There was a clear order to how everyone was taken care of. The vet was kind and gentle and wonderful with my 8 month old puppy. I am very impressed and grateful for excellent service. Thank you.
This was the second time we used VIP Petcare and we couldn’t be happier ! The Vet and the service from checking in and checking out was outstanding! Very caring personal attention! Thank you for providing this valuable service! Our cat loves you !
