Reasonable price and great service for my anxious puppy.
Why couldn't I touch my dog during treatment. Simple bordetella inhaler. Yes, he's a nervous pup, but it would have been less stressful if I could have helped. Instead he blew his anal glands - what a mess.
When I registered, I received a message saying that I could "go shopping or stay comfortably in my car" while I waited for the text to check in. This doesn't work for those of us with cats. I can't sit in a hot car with my poor cat in a cage for potentially an hour and a half! I should add that the service I received once I did check in was slow, but fine. Next time I will know to register further ahead of the day I plan to go in so that I can hopefully check in earlier in the day.
