I am giving One star at least for the sympathetic techs who obviously were not happy about what was taking place. This was an absolute DISASTER visit for my cat. To start with, I repeatedly told the tech in training, this is a ABUSED RESCUE when I set down my cat carrier, and don't grab her under the front legs! Nobody listened. They wouldn't let me remove her from the carrier, which I know how to do without frightening her. No, the tech in training had to do it, and he clearly didn't know how to handle cats. Registering on line and waiting to be called is SO much better than standing in line. Great idea. Tori, the vet, and her assistants were very nice and patient with the animals. Also, the prices are great. I've been coming to VIP Petcare Clinics for a number of years and have always been pleased.
We had such a wonderful experience with our boy Zeus. He normally isn’t a people person but he let them love him. They were so gentle and patient with our boy. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a protective or aggressive pup.
