The care and staff were great as always, however the clinic was over 30 mins late to open which was very inconvenient and a lot of the customers were unhappy.
Gina helped us changing info for new dog and getting us signed in for Max' visit.
Very well organized! Fast moving.
The worst place ,they texted you to be ready ,I had to still wait 2 hours to vaccinate my pet .
Roseville clinic has 10/10 staff, care, attentiveness, efficiency/timeliness within services, & the most accommodating environment I've seen so far. I can be very easily overstimulated, & everything about my last visit in Roseville helped me avoid overwhelm entirely. I greatly appreciate all the staff & how they conduct themselves. Thank you from my furbabies & I 🐾
