Everything was great. My only piece of advice would be to have less people waiting in the aisle with their pets. Need to space out physically and time wise. Example 1 in the vet, 1 waiting vet, 1 suppling the date to vet associate inline and maybe 2 more available waiting. My line had 10+ waiting. People coped well, the animals were not as patient. They did not like the wait, the space crush as they were adjusting to the new environment.
