It was March……Clinic scheduled from 1-230. Vet arrived at 145. Staff arrived at 215. After heartworm tests and heart worm products purchase left without so much as a receipt. Went back today, May 4, to pick up more heart worm meds because they have the prescription. Demanded proof of rabies vax or would not sell me the pills. Brought the rabies tag and every piece of documentation I’ve ever had on this 11 month old puppy…still argued with me. If you like to tear your hair out with your bare hands, bring your dog here.
Excellent experience getting my senior cat a rabies vaccine. The staff was professional, kind, and knowledgeable.
