I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a customer service experience we had this morning at the VIP Petcare clinic inside Pet Supermarket on North Decatur Road. I tried to reach out to vip pet care for a general question. I emailed them twice, no response. I called twice on different days and times, no one answering. I waited for 15-20 mins on the phone.
Wrote a script for a Great Dane, for 60lbs..... He's 125lb. Now I'm playing hell to get it corrected. May have to do another exam with a different vet who doesn't sample their own supply.
They was rough with my cat and hurt her so much to point she was shedding actual tears. They poked her so many times that her legs was all bruised and bloody. My poor baby was shaking and crying. I would not recommend them to anyone
