Asked for a trim and my dog comes back shaved. Uneven face grooming but the worse part is she got flees from the service!!! $75 wasted. Now turning into a $200 flee treatment. A joke

in 2008, we adopted a formerly abused dog from the SC Animal Shelter and took him, Cisco) to the VIP Pet Spa for his first grooming on the recommendation of a friend. He was so nervous and Kristen worked so well him. We have been taking Cisco for his grooming ever since. Can't say enough good things about Kristen and her business.
Absolutely fabulous! They have seen my Newfies thru allergies, winter, summer coats and always when they come home they smell wholesome, have coats that shine, perfect nails & tails and happy dogs!

5 Star service, very professional, priced right, and the puppies are happy. We have 2 Shih Tzu's and they have been visiting VIP every other week for over 7 years now.
Always clean & neat. Very friendly & really care about your pets. Our Bichon has been going there 11 years. We highly recommend this small business as the best. Thank you for always taking great care of Zeah. ��
