Dr Wolens used to stand for freedom of medical choice which is why we chose this practice. He has since started requiring that everyone sign the AAP refusal form to delay/refuse any vaccines. I was debating signing since I wasn't comfortable with the language in the form and we went to see another pedi in the interim. Now VIP Pediatrics refuses to see my children after we have been going there for many years. Very sad situation, the way my family was treated after going there for so long.
RecommendedVIP Pediatrics and Dr. Wolens are just spectacular. Dr. Wolens is one of the most thorough physicians I have encountered, he listens carefully and closely, evaluates his patients with precision, and follows evidence-based medicine. He's always referencing multiple studies and his clinical experience when we go in for regular check-ups or when one of my boys is sick. Very balanced when it comes to advice and takes each situation and child into account. Amazing physician!

There’s never a long wait and the staff are so kind! The doctors are thorough and articulate. My family went to 3 pediatricians before we landed here, including TCH offices. Never has anyone gone so above and beyond for our babies!!
So happy we found this practice! Wonderful people with great bedside manner, and an easy-peasy experience as far as doctors offices go (short wait times, easy payment set-up, etc).
13 years of thorough, personal care from Dr Wolens. We love the well child/sick child separate waiting rooms! The office staff is excellent.
We just returned from a flu bash at VIP Pediatrics. Great party with a tiny shot, refreshments, dinner, photos, games, and crafts. I am constantly so impressed with Dr. Wolens practice. The entire staff is so warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. We are so blessed to be patients and friends with such an incredible group of people. We love you guys.
