I had a bad experience with the clinic at palm harbor location. I don’t recommend Alex Afsahi for any one, he doesn’t know how to communicate with the patient, he was so rude to me when I was doing my cleaning and he is explaining what I need to do and when I stop him to explain something, he said I’m the one to make the decision here period, I think it’s disrespectful to tell someone period, it’s like he is talking to a kid, even kids we have to talk with them more respectfully. Went in for a root canal and was never prescribed antibiotics after. Got an infection a few days later and was in so much pain and swelling. Had several revisits, had to drain the gums to release pressure. Could not eat and missed 1 week of work. Worst part is I'm traumatized from going to dentist again. To know this could have been avoided if just given antibiotics is crazy! I would not recommend. Happened in 2021 and they still text me for appointments.
I grinded a portion of my tooth right out of my mouth and of course it is Friday at 530pm. My normal Dentist office is closed on weekends. Can I make it a whole weekend without the back portion of my tooth? I chose not to do so which means I had to find a Dentist that was open Saturday and available to fit me in. Hello VIP. I go in. Needed a tooth pulled ASAP and they got me in and out with anything in about hour or so. The dr who pulled my tooth, dr. Alex was amazing and was very up front on needed to happen! The staff was very sweet and nice 10/10 would recommend if you really need work done. They were open when I couldn’t find anything else!
This is the best dentist I’ve been too!! normally I’ve had bad experiences with the dentist and this place changed my mind, I will be coming here from now on and the staff is extremely nice. If you are weary about going to the dentist this place will make you feel very comfortable and assure you that you are in good hands. 10/10
