I highly recommend this company. They are reasonable & located in a safe area. I never had to worry about my vehicle being broken into & you can access the gate 24 hours a day. Their parking lot also has cameras to make you feel even more safe & the lot was always clean. I also used their sister location in collierville. Don’t hesitate to keep your property here. It will be in good hands.
CAVEAT EMPTOR. I have been a customer here for years, and since the RV market has increased considerably, VIP Outdoor Storage feels they are justified in doubling the rental rate to capitalize on the new RV market being overly saturated. I'm sure if the market continues to saturate, rates will go up again as soon as they know they can capitalize since people have nowhere else to go, so don't expect even this new inflated rate to be remotely close to permanent.
