I have been going to this salon for the past 10 years. Ever since they changed ownership the place has gone downhill. I have seen several techs and the only 2 that do a good job are Michelle and Mei. Otherwise the gel polish is chipping and coming off after a week. Last straw was today when I called to confirm 2 appointments I had made for my mom and I. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY MADE MY 17 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER CRY THEY RUINED HER NAILS AND THEN THEY LOCKED IN HER STORE WHEN SHE WANTED TO CALL HER MOTHER. SHE WAS CRYING AND DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO AND THEY YELLED AT HER AND TOLD HER TO DO HER OWN NAILS if you were 17-year-old daughter was standing in front of me. I would not make her cry.
