I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The staff was unprofessional and came across as rude instead of trying to help. Customer service was lacking from start to finish, and I felt like my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I honestly do not understand how this place maintains such high ratings with this level of service. Worst nail salon ever! Nails never last. And they do not care about customers. Will never go to this nail salon again
This place is very clean and nice, I got a pedicure it was very luxurious BUT it was $98 (ridiculous for a pedicure IMO) and started chipping within 5 days… it was gel. More for the experience than the actual functionality.
Horrible experience, to say the least. I called ahead and specifically asked if they had time for two pedicures. I was told they did and was reassured there would be no wait time. When we arrived, there was, of course, a wait. Once I was seated, I asked the technician whether my chipped big toenail needed acrylic or if it could be worked with. Best nail spot around. They can do anything! Free drinks and the nails last forever. I have been going there for years and never a bad experience
