Ugliest pedicure I’ve Ever seen in my life go at your own Risk and avoid Vivian this used to be a place that I’ve gone to for several years. The service used to be so good now it’s complete garbage. I will be looking for a new salon to go to.
Dude at the front desk is always rude. No genuine hello and or even a thank you/have a nice day when you leave. Just give me your money and get out. Techs cut your nails unevenly or too short and expect you not to notice.
They tell you over the phone there is no appt needed for eyebrows, then when you arrive, not only is there always 20-25 minute wait upon arrival, you end up waiting 40+ minutes. Why not just schedule the eyebrow waxing appt when we call! Not to mention, the younger guy is almost always rude! #Wasted Time Always with this location!
I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The staff was unprofessional and came across as rude instead of trying to help. Customer service was lacking from start to finish, and I felt like my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I honestly do not understand how this place maintains such high ratings with this level of service.
