Been to all the VIP salons and this one is my fave , friendly, knowledgeable staff and on point! Service literally speaking they do the best 👌 pointed ,razor sharp nails 💅
Nail tech literally screaming at me, unprofessional and less than standard service. I explained to the nail technician that I cannot get gel or artificial polish due to my job she got an attitude and yelled st me the entire service. What a weirdo. If you like regular polish dont go they will be upset with your preference. Worst experience ever.
I went in yesterday for a pedicure and full set my pedicure went good no problems and a very nice lady however when I sat down for my nails I showed her a pic of square white nails I had to ask her to fix them before I left she "fixed" them but when I got home I seen how bad it is they are chunky uneven and I'm disappointed with them.
The salon itself is nice and the employees were nice, too. However, the quality of service was very bad. I had to change my requested nail color three times because they were out of everything I wanted. When we finally decided on a color that the technician suggested, I asked for a simple French tip and every single one of my nails looks different. They’re bumpy and uneven, the polish is sloppy, not only on my nails but all over my fingers, and the technician ended up cutting my finger open. When I started bleeding she poure... read more
