Every time I’ve come here I never can get the nails I ask for. Starting out this time, I called earlier in the day for an appointment and I was told to just walk-in whenever because they weren’t busy so I did, and I of course was put with any tech that was available. I’ve also seen multiple others from here. I showed Amy a picture of what seemed not complex and an ombré/aura type of design for a gel manicure … she quickly said “I don’t know how to do that”and that was it. I will never return to this place. I have been getting my nails done- refill with gel polish- for 38 years. This was my first and LAST time at this salon. My nails were filed on an Angle; they are full of ridges and bumps; the tech cut me; the nail polish is half done and a total MESS. The woman who did my nails was so rude I was in tears. I am a very polite customer and asked if she could file a chip- that she made on the side of my nail, out. She got angry and threw the Emory board at me! Price: full set and pedicure: 119 Full set, pedicure, cat eye: 129 My nail tech had to fix my friends nails because her tech, had a brown/auburn bob not sure her name, was being rude to her and my friend claimed she felt like the tech was in a rush to just get her out of her chair.
