I waited 10 mins before anyone even came out of the back. The lady asks "what do you want?" I told her I had a gift certificate, before she even looked at it she said No! A gift certificate for $80. So basically they like to steal your money. Now I know why they have zero customers on a Saturday afternoon.

I used to go here all the time in highschool and I always loved it. Now they’re under new management it seems to have gone down hill. I went last Sunday to get a full set and had the worst nail experience ever. I asked for a certain design which by no means was hard or uncommon and was told she couldn’t do it. Which i was okay with, I decided to get a plain color with some sticker. My nails are so bumpy and the color is so uneven. Tammy did my nails and WOW! She’s been doing this since 95 (30 years) and it shows. She is so precise and takes her time with each nail. I originally went for a French Tip, but after she got done with the base it looked amazing as is! Best set I’ve had by far in years!! Definitely my new nail tech! Shes the sweetest and I can tell she enjoys what she does! Love her! $50 total I tipped $30
