This was probably the best nail salon experience I’ve had! Kaylee was pleasant as was the entire staff. Plenty of nice conversations going on, compliments, etc. I didn’t feel rushed like many other places I’ve been to that have hundreds of chairs/customers in them. This place is far from my home but I’d make the trip to come here! Prices were standard/reasonable.
I was initially frustrated because I had an appointment scheduled for 5 and when I walked in at 4:55, all nail techs were busy with clients. It was frustrating that they allowed so many walk ins when people like myself had an appointment reserved for well over a week. I wasn’t seen until almost 5:40 when I had other things to do that evening. The service itself was fast and pretty good, no real complaints.
