Kayla did my nails and was AMAZING!!!! The whole entire time. She did my nails the exact way I asked and turned my nails from looking grimy to hand model just in time for Christmas! I can’t wait to come back and see her (and the whole crew at VIP!)
Not very friendly, tried several times to start a conversation. No full disclosure on the price only that it was 5.00 more for chrome over acrylic. The pedicure was average I chose the Aloe Vera one. Left with same dry heels I came in with. I’ve been 3 times now. I think it’s time to move on. Also they tag teamed the service so I couldn’t even relax and enjoy my pedi.

The fist time I went there they fixed my nails from another place where they had messed them up. Now after 4-5 visits I had to go somewhere else to fix the nails they did and mind you I was the only one there, they did not have to rush them this bad, each nail was a different shape. And let’s not talk about the lack of professionalism and respect for clients. I’m sure they can wait to gossip about you once you leave the establishment, not while they are working on you. Gossip, complain and overcharge.
Best service I have experienced in a long time!
