My parents had been going to VIP for two years, dad died but mom continued to patronize their business. Today I had made arrangements for my mom to be taken to her scheduled appointment, I had a text sent on April 30 that confirmed an appointment had been made. She arrived and was told she had no appointment for today and that it was for July 10th. WRONG! I am sad she was treated this way. We will go elsewhere from now on.
I’ve been coming here for almost a year and always have a great experience. John and Anne are friendly, do a great job, and make the salon feel really comfortable and welcoming. I’ve had dip, gel on my nails, and both regular polish and gel on my toes, and everything has always turned out great. I definitely recommend them!
