My wife just came back very unhappy with her experience. She walks in, and someone immediately starts filing and soaking her nails. My wife expresses that she wants to first make a decision on the color because if they don’t have the color she likes, then she won’t get a manicure. The nail person starts acting really offended and giving my wife an attitude.
