POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! My teenage daughter went in for an acrylic/gel FILL on 7/10/26. Nail Tech was rude. She asked for French (white tip) when she asked if she could pick the color pink he told her NO they only have one pink, when she asked him to make the white part thinner he said NO he couldn’t, and 6 out of 10 nails have a spec of blue which was her previous color. He was talking on the phone the entire time. He charged her $55. She was extremely upset when she came home. Never again!!!!

This was my 1st vist to VIP Nails. I had Fill and Shellac polish done for $45.00. This salon is clean and the people are friendly. Tiffany was my Manicurist and she is excellent!!

It was a very pretty salon, and I can’t say anything bad about the rest of the nail techs but for the male nail tech I had was very rough! And I have pretty tough hands, so I’d feel really bad for anyone with delicate hands. He cut up literally every cuticle on my left hand. The nails aren’t the worst I’ve had but he really wasn’t taking his time at all. Paid 60 for a fill before tip. When I paid 60 to get a whole set at a different salon.

First time here and in a salon in over 10 years. Beautiful salon, friendly staff, and at the end, they give you a free, nice-sized, very good hand lotion - impressive! However!!! Salons rush you through, they don't care, the pedicure, literally scrubs your feet for a nano second they don't cut your cuticles on your feet or hands, you leave feeling rubbed after paying $185 for short nails with gel on both hands and feet.
