I got my nails and feet done there and they had horrible service and no one was friendly! I was not happy with the prices either, it was way overcharged! Worst Nail Salon ever!

Very unhappy. This was my first experience getting artificial nails and was awful. When I returned to complain, I was essentially called a liar, but in a very passive agressive sort of way. I told the manager that I had even referred to customers to them, one of which had already been in. The other cancelled her appointment when I told her about my experience. They obviously care nothing about "word of mouth" exposure and the lack of business or extra business (depending on the experience) it can lead to. I will never go bac... read more

I went there yesterday they did what they wanted me to did not finish the job correctly when I brought it to there attention they sent the same guy over he still didn't fix the issue with my nails I left there very upset It was my Cake day I sit there more then 4 hours and left unhappy with my nails

VIP Nails is a wonderful place...I've been going there for years. The employees are wonderful and provide great service. I would reccommend this place to all my family and friends.

Even though this is a nail salon and not a true spa, it was a great in-between! They offer numerous treatments at very reasonable prices, and though the place is busy they take time with each customer. There are a lot of staff working who are all very polite and easy to talk to. I was even offered something to drink several times, which has never happened at another nail salon in Anderson! Good price, great service, I won't go anywhere else again!
