Some of the laziest work I’ve ever had done. She didn’t touch my cuticles, and my nails were lifting before I left the salon. She burned my natural nail within the first few minutes of my appointment and I knew I should have left then. Shame on me for not doing so. The prices are so much higher than other local salons. Skip this place.
Rose takes care of my real nails and does not push tips when I have a few nails shorter than others. I love the fact that she doesn’t grind my nails with an electronic tool before applying gel polish!
I tried out the new location because it was referred to me. I called and scheduled an appointment for a manicure. I was originally told they had time at 2:15 pm, but then the lady who’s books appointments told me she could get me in earlier. I asked for 1:30 pm and she said that was fine, but when i got there it was super busy and I felt like I was forgotten about.
