I am giving them a one start because they seemed like nice people. But the nails were the worst I've ever gotten from a walk in. It took them so long to get to me. When they finally did she started and I thought things were going ok. Then she got cat eye nails to ask if I wanted those. I have anxiety issues and chalked it up to maybe she couldn't do the design I asked for and went with the cat eye.
