I walked in asked for a soak off . He tried to say 15$ - 10$ for soak off . I said so is it 10 or 15? He said 10$. Terrible service, wanted a soak off and they tried to rip my nails off my nail bed. Would never go back . Told me 10$ then tried change to 15$ after I spoke up and said stop tryna rip my nails off my nail bed . Then I still had acrylic on my nails after he stated he was done. You ppl try to catch an attitude or act like we’re being rude when we speak up. Provide better service !!

They make up the prices and when asked they won’t tell you. I asked several times how much a full set and color change in my toes was and they never told me when my friend had a pedicure, full set, and brows done for only 15 more than my total. It does not add up. The nails are cute but if you get serviced ask them the price BEFOREEE

If I come in tell you I want one type of service don’t try to add more & then up the price . That’s very manipulative when we can barely understand you guys.

Do do not go to VIP nails on old national do not even waste your time your money they swear they know they don't they nice nasty when you point something out that need to be fixed. They ignore it and they act like you saying something wrong. Just don't waste your time or your money please go somewhere else please. Especially the little short and short man he the main one don't know what he doing and the main one doing people nails and toes every time he messing up every time!
