Absolutely terrible experience. I went in for a pedicure that was supposed to be $35, and I was there from 2:30 PM until 6:00 PM for what should have been a simple appointment. During the service, they cut the absolute heck out of my finger, leaving it sore, irritated, and bleeding. On top of that, they put gel polish on my toes without ever telling me there would be an extra $20 charge. The man working there was extremely rude towards me, and they didn’t do my nails right. I said can you put a cursive N and she didn’t do that
Service was not great. The person doing my nails was on FaceTime the whole time and was passive aggressive when I asked for something to be fixed.
They always do so good and have such good service. The sweetest people and always remember me! Paid $55 and was done in less than an hour.
