LITERALLY THE NICEST PEOPLE EVER. the customer service was a 11/10 and they have so many color options and so many skilled nail artists!! It is also just breathtakingly gorgeous in the shop. Did I mention these are THE PRETTIEST nails ever??

They were very very racist toward black women starting at me and was fighting over an electric nail drill over client over pedi bowl very dangerous. Separate time watched them yell at a customer for them not wanting a nail drill used on their damaged nail, forced them and told them I TOLD you multiple times we have to use nail drill! I was shocked very terrible treatment. They only care about money not health or care. Tools didn’t look clean

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I came in to have one nail fixed and was told it would be a long wait. That was completely understandable, so I waited patiently. When the owner finally attempted to fix my nail, she actually made it worse. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, she became visibly frustrated, abruptly walked away from the table, and said she couldn’t do it. My visit went well but my gel manicure started to peel a few days later. Disappointing but I suppose it happens sometimes.
