I like the nice people that work here and all but I set up and appointment and I have Benn sitting here thirty minutes past the time I set the appointment to be at I would like to give a good review but this really disappoints me!

went in and asked if i was fit for a fill and the guy at front said no you’ll need a new set. I asked a price for my certain design and he said 105$ for full set plus design. i sat down and the guy working on my nails did a fill on me rather than a full set. i thought maybe he knows i was able to get a fill and they would charge less. after my nails were done the man at the front desk still tried charging me 105 dollars. i told him the guy never gave me a full set of nails, he had only done a fill, he then tried telling me t... read more

It was my first time at VIP nail salon. I requested a soak off and acrylic set. My nail tech was Luan and he was great. He took his time shaping the nails perfectly and I didn’t feel rushed at all. They were all so friendly and overall it was a nice, relaxed environment in the salon. It was also my first time getting cat eye and I love it! I will be back for sure :)
