dear owners, if you want business, you need to treat your customers well and with decent respect. 1. The nail tech ripped out my skin on my finger and it bled a LOT and burned very bad. I came to beautify my fingers, not butcher them. 2. They didn’t listen to my initial wishes of wanting polish and went for gel. They gave attitude when I realized they were doing the wrong type of manicure. But since it was already at a point of no return, I let them continue. They didn’t apologize. 3. Walked in and nobody made eye contact nobody said welcome nothing couple of the ladies that was working just looked at me didn’t say hey, screw you or nothing! Rude! Never again will I walk in there. It makes sense why the reviews are so low
