The customer service was terrible, the lady started yelling at my friend and her toes are not even at all and they told her it’s bc her toes are tiny, not worth the money. The lady cut my toe then tried to hide it never again! Their pictures are false advertisement.
I came here and they made me feel stupid for trying to understand them and ask about the prices, they told me it would be 32$ but then made me pay 60$. They cut my toe which mistakes are okay, but when I asked for acrylic on my toes they said my toes were to “short and fat”. It was rushed and one of the ladies were yelling at my friend because she thought she got the 30$ instead of 32$. My person was really nice but the other people around me was rude and upcharging to much and my friend got ugly color and my sister asked for something and they gave her chunky nails
This place has been a headache every single time I've gone it's always something, if it's not messing up my nails or burning me with the electric file it's how rude they always are!! No decency to paying customers && that's always a no no!! I was overcharged && the quality of the nails my 10 year old daughter received is awful, not to mention it was her first time && I told them to wait to do hers so I could watch && make sure they done them correctly, they proceeded to blatantly ignore my request && took her to the opposite... read more
