I like going to VIP because it’s close to home. I went there for a long time. The staff is usually very friendly, but I think the place could be a little bit cleaner. I think they need to wipe down their chairs after each visit and clean a little bit better than they do specially with the winter coming on and all the viruses around.

I have come here for many years and am usually satisfied with the results. However, it is now too dirty for me to return. The floor, supply totes, chairs, windows, everything is in need of cleaning.

Definitely would not recommend this place at all. Four of us went in to get three fills and one full set. We were told 20 minute wait. We waited at least 40 mins. The other 3 girls go back one by one I sat waiting. Three other women walk in. The lady looked at us and told us what chair to go to. I stood up, thinking it’s my turn, one of the women that just walked in stood up at the same time as me and the nail lady told me to wait one minute and took the other chick to a chair!!!!
