Very disappointed with this nail salon. During my visit, it was uncomfortable to see how unprofessionally the workers were treated. Staff were spoken to disrespectfully in front of customers, which created a very tense and awkward environment. I also noticed that workers were asking customers to give tips in cash directly to them because otherwise the lady in charge takes the tips from them. I've been here a few times. Great place for nail service. They saved my nails from an old gel nail mani. I would certainly go again.

I used to love this nail salon, but after my last few visits, I absolutely will not be returning. The service has gone downhill and the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. During one visit, I got an eyebrow wax and the technician literally ripped skin off my face. It was painful and completely careless. Another time, I asked for a tip during my pedicure and they flat-out refused to do it, even after I specifically requested it.
