Daughter just went to get nails removed, and they were rude as hell to her. Cut her nails down ugly afterwards and drilled down to far. First time we ever been and it will be the last.

I have visited this salon many times in the past and for the most part really like their work. I was very excited to find I had a gift certificate from a while back, so I went for a pedicure. They wouldn’t honor the gift certificate, because it had expired. It did not have an expiration date anywhere on it, so I didn’t know there was a deadline.
