I (kind of) got a manicure by May and I do not recommend her at all. She was extremely rough when clipping my cuticles, I said “ouch” hoping she would be a little gentler. Unfortunately, she left multiple nails bleeding, and one would NOT stop bleeding so I asked to discontinue the service :/ When I left the salon they did not offer any accommodations, no bandaid or even a simple apology. There’s lots of salons in the area, and I won’t be going back to this one.
Very rude! I came back to get a nail fixed that fell off the same week I got it done and they would not fit me in or let me make and appointment to get it fixed!
I love VIP nail spa! This has been my go-to nail salon for years. Hanah is my favorite nail tech and she always does a fantastic job! She is meticulous and detail-oriented, and I’m always happy with my nails when I go in for a fill.
