Super friendly service, clean & pleasant atmosphere I've been here 7 times and the service has been consistent. The polish has lasted - no chips, etc.
Excellent customer service and overall service as well. I walked in for a polish change on a crappy manicure I had done at another nail salon 3 days prior. Even though it was near closing time, they welcomed me in and didn't rush me. The mani looks great a week later! I will definitely come back for manis here. The gals here are awesome! Doesn't hurt that the services are inexpensive as well. Simply awesome!

I'm a single mom and started dating, so my friends suggested I get the FULL MONTY treatment from VIP Nail Studio. What... ME get a FULL Wax job?! lol. No way! BUT why not? So the other day for the first time I nervously went down to the salon. My friends love that place and now so do I! It was clean and everything is sanitized. My favorite manicure/pedicure spot. Best place in Annapolis for gel manicure and pedicure. Staff is friendly and the facility is clean. I like the fact that this place is open on Sunday because that's the day I like to run my personal errands. There is a lady name Hannah, she was able to do all kinds of designs and they really last for a long time. I have never seen this place not full and it's because it is that good. Sometimes you have to wait a little, but totally worth it!
I went there for the last 3 years. No more! The manager has gotten too nasty for me! Just down right rude! Too bad because kim and the others are very nice. I am not going to continue to pay good money to be insulted!
Salon offer almost full service. The Owners Don & Kim's very soft spoken & polite,their staff is SUPER friendly also! I love to come here esp.for my waxings & pedicures are GREAT,i come out of their very happy.
I love VIP. I wish I could afford to get pampered like this all the time. Don't get me wrong-Vip has great prices. Kim is wonderful. She always fits me in even when it's really busy. I have had manicures, pedicures, waxing. All very professionally done without the rush. This is by far the cleanest salon I've been to-they actually give you the disposable files,etc that they used on your nails. So you know they not reusing the stuff they can't sanitize.
