When I expressed to the owner that he was hitting my granddaughters cuticles making her cry he responded that she was not bleeding. He was very rough and proceeded to be rough and hurt her. I asked if he would just slow down ..he said no..”I not hurt her”. Very rude and ugly. Very unprofessional.

Henry gave me THE BEST pedicure I’ve ever had. The bonus was such an amazing massage! I usually feel like the massage portion is rushed anywhere I go but I feel I got the full amount of time here finally.

My first visit here I paid for a gel polish removal to remove my existing polish. The tech had the drill up to high which cause heat pain and pressure on my nails. He also didn’t fully remove the polish but considered himself done, and moved on to the next client. He was rushing. The salon seemed to be short staffed. And when I got Home , my nails were so damaged from the drill that two of them cracked down the middle. They were not that way before I visited this shop. These people were extremely racist to my mom, who is a hispanic woman. From the moment she walked in she was disrespected and they judged her nails. She was just there to get a quick removal of her nails because they were hurting. While she was being worked on, two white women walked in and the boss told his workers to ignore my mom and go help them. He also told my mom nail removal would be $10 and then charged her $20. Do not come here.

Came back to fix the messy work but they refused to do it, wanted me to pay again after I spent more than $150! The costumer service is horrible! Never coming back to this place is not worth it! The guy at the front desk is so rude!
