Horrible job doing a basic manicure. The polish was old and clumpy so I asked the nail tech Bella to take it off. The owner Lisa then came over call herself repolishing my nails and this was the result. Still old clumpy polish. I didn’t have time to go back and forth with her because I was on my way to an event. I do not recommend based on the service received.

If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars, I would. I walked in wanting a pedicure with acrylic frenchies and the man quoted me $97. For some reason TRACY says that that is not possible and it’s going to be $112. Mind you, a fill for acrylic is only $30. Why is she charging me $40 when a whole set is $45? I don’t know. She also starts doing the fill in without cutting my cuticle first and when asked about it she gets an attitude. Everyone else in the shop got their pedicure before the nail part began. Literally got my nails done and not even two days later the nail polish started coming off. And was charged $115
