I had a very uncomfortable experience at VIP Nail Lounge in Kissimmee. During my visit, the owner approached me twice and accused me of recording and working for the state board, when I was simply watching a show on my phone. The first confrontation happened in front of other customers, which was embarrassing. After I calmly explained that I was not recording, the owner later approached me again, stood very close to me, and repeated the accusation. This felt intimidating and unprofessional. I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The owner did my nails, and one of them broke the very next day, which already speaks to the poor quality of the service. When I returned to have it fixed, I was made to wait an excessive amount of time just for a simple repair. What made the experience worse was the unprofessional behavior during my original appointment. Absolutely wonderful, I urgently needed a new set of nails for Thanksgiving, and the salon did not disappoint me. It looks really beautiful.
