So kind and passionate about their work. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a nails salon
Poor customer service. Nail technician was rude and I was denied service when a different technician was requested. Will not return and recommend all potential customers consider a different salon. There are plenty of nail salons in the surrounding area that are superior and provide excellent customer service. Some other salons to consider are Luxx Nails, B& E Nail salon, Onyx Nail salon, etc. Please don't waste your time or money at this establishment. You will regret it.
I downgraded my five star review to three as their quality has significance decreased along with their friendliness.
First time manicure experience and was pleasantly surprised. Haha (I think that's how you spell her name) did a great job on my hands. Wendy took care of my mom's hands. The went through the extra effort to let us sit next to each other (because we rarely get to see each other) and we really enjoyed our visit with them and with each other.
