I had a very disappointing experience with Mary. From the moment I sat down, she never greeted me or made any effort to be friendly. She didn't say hello or ask how I was, which immediately made the appointment feel uncomfortable. What upset me the most was how she treated my daughter. The only place I go for pedicures!
Mary being snappy and rude was the last straw for me. This place has always been very inconsistent- from requesting specific techs online when booking and getting totally different people, to such an insane range of pedicure quality depending on who you get, I just refuse to spend money here again. I booked a color change & pedicure, they texted me and asked me to come 30 mins prior to my scheduled appointment time. I rearranged my schedule to make this work. Got there early and decided I no longer wanted the gel color change I wanted the gel just removed totally from my nails. I was told that I booked the wrong service and I would have to wait 45 mins to get my pedicure (which doesn’t make sense because either way I had the time booked/scheduled and was asked to come 30 mins early?). Id rate 0/5 if I could- wrong color, excess polish on skin, poor nail cut and shaping and 2 excessively cut cuticles and did not offer any apologies and made me pay full price. Never go here. It is overpriced and unprofessional.
