I really wanted to like this place. They have an online scheduling tool, it's big and clean. Unfortunately, the online tool allows you to pick a nail tech which when you get your nails done on a regular basis you find someone you like and want to go back to. Every time i pick a nail tech it is NEVER the person I get. Most of the tech's don't speak english so asking questions is never possible. i get the same two services every time and every time the price is different. I hate to post a negative review but this was the first time I went here in over a year and my experience was nothing like it was in the past (all of which were very positive - but the nail artists I was familiar with were gone) services: 1 gel mani, 1 gel pedi, 1 no polish mani pedi for my bf my gel was removed very harshly burning my natural nail with a drill multiple times- I did ask her to use another method of removal but she continued drilling more of my natural nail off after all gel was gone :( during my pedi she cut... read more

I loved coming here for pedicures but yesterday was absolutely horrible! Mary was extremely rude when I paid! I will never be back again! The owner that sits at the front she is never friendly either! Never smiles! Not a a welcoming place anymore! So many other places to go too! It's starting to feel dirty in there too! Nails are expensive and you expect the best! Do better ladies!

I’ve had my nails done here twice by Amy. First time she did a horrible job on my nails. She used a curved tip for the “active length “ dip nails I asked for. The nails were lumpy, thick, and uneven. She constantly jumped between me and other customers while never changing gloves. Unfortunately, I made the choice to try again a second time. Never will I again.
