Horrifying experience in my first-time home buying experience. Home buyers beware. Everything runs late and last minute. You wont close on the day promised and you will run in circles for things you already provided. Things get misplaced and overlooked until underwriting catches it and delays your whole process. Communication was "ok" but I would never use them again.
The Hatch Team was so wonderful to work with. They made everything easy and there was zero stress. Total professionals and enjoyable to be around. Really great people!
