OMG, I've owned a number of boats and I've never been taken care of like this from the other service companies and people i have dealt with. This company is way above the norm here in FL. Craig is the owner and he is on top of all his service calls and technicians. He and his crew went above and beyond the normal service. I highly recommend VIP Marine Service. We needed a new set of house batteries as well as a check valve installed in the autopilot system. We called VIP Marine Service while in Ft. Meyers beach. The batteries were installed in the boat within two days of the call before we were scheduled to leave Ft. Meyers. While installing the batteries, they looked at the steering system, ordered required parts and material and then met us in Marco island a week later to address the steering system issue.
