Donna at VIP Marine Service was absolutely amazing, super friendly, very helpful, and went above and beyond to track down a part for our marine AC system. Craig was also fantastic, making sure I got the part I needed quickly and with great service. Together they made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Craig and his team at VIP are fantastic. They’re honest people who understand their craft and know how to interact with customers who know much less than they do. I appreciate the comfort that I now have as a result of having their team monitoring two of my boats at the marina. I sleep at night. I feel better and I know these guys know stuff. I hate to admit I don’t know much but it’s great to know that there’s a team around me that knows stuff.
We had trouble with our air conditioning unit while traveling in SW Florida. VIP Marine was exceptionally prompt in servicing our boat. Within a few hours of us contacting them they provided on site service and had our unit fixed quickly and reasonably. Trustworthy, honest people that I can highly recommend.
