If you're into being charged online during booking, asking to be tipped while booking before service is rendered, not getting consultation prior to service, being told after the service was over that you actually owe more money, having parts of your nails left unpolished, and being exposed to products you told them you are allergic to, then this is the place for you. The service here is always excellent! I love the private personalized experience in this beautiful spa atmosphere. Many nail salons give pretty nail art. VIP goes an extra mile by being attentive to nail health education. My nail and cuticle health has improved since coming here. Love it!

I rarely get manicures or pedicures and have some social anxiety but Deirdre made me feel like family. She was the easiest person to talk with and also made sure I was at ease the entire time. It’s hard for me to relax and she helped me to remember to keep releasing any tension. It was more than a mani/pedi to me, I left feeling like a new person. Thank you Deirdre! You’re the best!
