They left us stranded at Pearson airport at 1AM with 9 adults and an infant. To top it off, the infants car seat was in the limo! Luckily, another family had their own car with a child seat in it, so they were able to get home safe. The rest of us ended up having to rent a mini van to get home. We had to get our credit card company involved to get our money back because the owner refused to give us a refund or even acknowledge that he made a big mistake. Shady owner, sent us a broken, damaged hummer limo, wife's dress was stained white particals coming from seats, groomsman completely covered in dust, and stained. Terrible service Limo, had marker written all over windows, driver was dressed like he was at basketball practice, almost got into accident in roundabout with bridal party in it. You're a horrible service that made a trip to a Disney cruise a terrible experience by NOT SHOWING UP for them because YOU messed up and double booked. It was a group of a special needs adults. How dare you. I hope you lose your business and go bankrupt. Wish I could give less than one star.
