VIP LIMOUSINE was great! Our driver Jacob was very professional. We did not have a set destination, we just wanted to drive around SLC and see the city lights and highlights. He took us to some really beautiful places. Jacob was very kind and informed and he made the experience even more enjoyable. We are already planning our next trip and plan to request Jacob as our driver. Thanks for the fun experience!!

Absolutely awful — the limo was the sad, rotten cherry on top of our wedding night. I booked in advance, confirmed a 9:30PM pickup at our venue, and was warned we'd be charged $75 if we made the driver wait. Bold, considering the limo didn’t even show up until 9:48 — with ALL our guests waiting outside and complaining. Driver shows up in sweats, t-shirt, all over sloppy. Not exactly wedding-night luxury. Booking was easy but once they have your money the follow up communication was terrible! Driver never gave an eta for arrival. While making the appointment they informed me that the only car they had available was a stretch H2, this was such an outdated car, the audio system was a tape deck, it’s extremely hard to get in and out of. I will never use their service again! Buyer beware! Get current pictures on the car and don’t settle.
