Great operation and friendly, helpful people. Had an issue on a Sunday afternoon trying to get my trailer and the gates wouldn’t open. Called their number, left a message and was called back in less than 5 minutes. Rep said electricity was off in the area and their backup batteries were not working for some reason but someone was on their way to open the gate for me. Less than 30 minutes later they opened the gate and I was able to leave with my trailer. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would highly recommend this facility!

Found myself in a bit of a bind with storage needs for a higher end vehicle that I didn't have garage space for, during a transition between housing situations. A friend who was using VIP for their own RV storage needs, highly recommended them and I'm sure glad they did! I highly recommend this company. They are reasonable & located in a safe area. I never had to worry about my vehicle being broken into & you can access the gate 24 hours a day. Their parking lot also has cameras to make you feel even more safe & the lot was always clean. I also used their sister location in cordova. Don’t hesitate to keep your property here. It will be in good hands.
