We hired VIP Home Solutions to restore our home after water damage. Raine was awesome getting everything approved, he was very proactive and professional. The owner and supervisor Dave were very responsive at first and worked hard to make things right when there were issues, especially during the flooring installation process, which had to be redone/fixed 3+ times. It was installed twice then one section was fixed corrected and they had to bring 3 different people in to fix it. We did have issues with one of the crew members... read more

We have used VIP two separate times with home repairs. Both times an insurance claim was involved. The most resent was our roof repair/replacement. Raine personally came out to our home the day after making contact to tarp our roof. From start to finish it was a seamless transaction. The end result is nothing other then impressive.
