I wouldn't even give it 1 star if it was possible...I been working with this agency for over 4 years...this is the worst agency to work with..not only they treat the aides like slaves..they never pick up the phone no matter when u call or how many times u call...they u put u on hold for 30-60 until u hang up & no one calls u back no matter how many msgs u leave!!they recently decreased my pay when I started a new case it's been 2 months!! I took the training here to get my PCA and I really enjoyed the class. Nurse Teo who taught and instructed the class had a old school method . She was strict , no nonsense , and got down to business. I gather she Only used this method because she really wanted us to learn the material , and wanted everyone to pass the class. If anyone is interested in getting their PCA I would recommend Addus . The rest of the staff is just as warm and welcoming as well .

This company is nothing but a scam. I did the two week free training and I still don't have any employment. And i'm still waiting for this certificate. They wanna say that there's a huge shortage of male pca's, But when you call the coordinators you never get a case. In all honesty this is a sexist company, And they even say after ninety days, you will get fired if you don't get a case. All the recruiters care about is putting you in the system. If you are a male, do not even consider working here, you will never get a case.... read more
