Aa Dealer Alternative is not to be trusted I have taken my car here three times. First two times just for minor repairs. A couple of weeks ago my car would not start and I brought it over it A+ Dealer Alternative. They told me it was going to cost $590.00 to repair. The repair consisted of a new alternator(which they said cost $278.00) and Labor($160.00). I was also getting a cable on my battery repaired which was supposed to be the remaining $152.00. Van drives like new again!!! Thanks, A+ Dealer Alternative. For a week, I had increasingly awful noises coming from the front right side of my 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan. I took my van to a friend who knows about cars and he drove and looked underneath, but was not sure what was going on...thought it might be sway bars, struts or the steering rack. It is nice to be able to trust your mechanic I have always had issues trusting a mechanic, since I know nill about cars. My husband took his Honda in on a recomendation of a friend to A+ Dealer Alternative, and I was pleasantly suprised at how knowledgable and friendly the owner and his wife were. He was very straight forward with my husband and fixed the problem for ht eexact amount he quoted. After that I had some problems with the Alternator on my Ford. They deserve all 5 stars!! For sure!!! I love this place. I have gone in on several occasions and had to convince them something was wrong and even then they said it could wait. They are not out to rob you blind. They are a family owed and operated company. My entire family goes there and it's where I am taking the woman's car who nannies for me in the morning. Great hair place! I got the best haircut I've had in years from VIP Salon in Eastlake. I have paid a lot of money at many other places and have never returned to them because I was disappointed with the cuts I've received, but after getting my hair cut at VIP I felt I'd finally found my stylist! Haircuts are incredibly affordable, I was given styling tips, and they clearly know what they're doing in that little no-fuss salon. I highly recommend VIP Salon. PROS: good haircuts; price CONS:
