We just took our Schnauzer fur-babies to VIP Groomers for their haircuts, and once again, we are beyond impressed! Every single visit, the team treats our pups with so much kindness and care. I brought my mini poodle in for a much-needed haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Everyone was so friendly and gentle with her. She’s an older lady so she tends to be a bit shy, but they made her feel totally at ease. They listened carefully to what I wanted and gave her the perfect haircut! This place is extremely unprofessional. I had an appointment for my dog, and while waiting, I witnessed one of the groomers at the front yelling horribly at a puppy saying, “STOP IT!” for simply letting out a soft whimper. Another groomer in the back noticed me, gestured to the one up front, and that’s when she turned red and said, “Oh, sorry, I didn’t see you there.”I left my girl feeling uneasy. This was my first time taking my pups here and I am very pleased with the way they turned out. Above all this was the fastest groomer I have ever been to. I was expecting for them to take 4-5 hours for both of them and they finished in 2! When I arrived there was also several other dogs arriving so I’m sure they were busy and still managed to do an excellent job in such a quick time.
