I had an accident so friends orcalled in and ordered flowers from VIP, They were delivered at 8:30 on a Friday - night - a bit odd. By Saturday evening the flowers were all drooped and looked awful. Proprieter did not respond to emails or phone calls. DO NOT ORDER ANY FLOWERS FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

*SCAM ALERT* DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LADY! I've contacted the police about the owner and she has a history of scamming people! She is crazy and is very rude! She quoted a price to the whole wedding party and ended up charging $80 more per person than what she quoted. She also double charged most of us for the deposits saying we did not pay it the first time even though we did. Please stay away. The lady that owns this place is terrible. We were on vacation and decided to go wedding dress shopping. We stumbled into this shop and found some things we liked. We ended up ordering my wifes wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses as well. That was a huge mistake. We instructed her not to do alteration because we live further away we would do them at a local shop. I went up to pick the dresses up on a saturday morning. If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. They did the alterations for my dress (which I had thankfully purchased elsewhere), and our tux rentals. The alterations turned out horrible- there were places they hadn't closed the seams, the cups that they'd sewn in so I wouldn't have to wear a bra were crooked, etc. I ended up bringing it someplace else to have it redone because the owner, Nila, was such a beast when I complained.
