My appointment was scheduled for 11:15 AM, and it is now 12:45 PM and I still have not been seen. Meanwhile, patients who walked in without appointments have been taken before me. This is extremely frustrating and, unfortunately, not a one-time issue—it has happened during multiple visits to this office. If you are African American descent this is not the primary for you. He mostly deals with Hispanic community. I was speaking with his medical office assistant front desk person Oscar Baer. He sat there for a whole hour or so and did nothing to help me. He seemed to have had an attitude about me trying to get things sorted out with my insurance carrier. I’ve been coming here for several months since relocating from South Florida, and I absolutely love everyone at this practice. The staff is incredibly kind and always stays on top of things, making sure patients receive the referrals they need for treatment with outside specialists. They’ve been extremely helpful to both my husband and me, and I’ve recently referred several close friends because of our great experience.

ive never felt so uncomfortable at a doctors office in my life . First of all i would like to start with the fact that they had nurses there training and learning there aswell i did not have a problem either that . The problem i have is the lack of professionalism and basic manners . I got my blood drawn and the nurse proceeded to aks me if i do drugs i tell her i smoke marijuana daily and i also vape .
