RecommendedEmmanuel was our driver from Bush Airport to Galveston & James was our return driver. Both were absolutely amazing! Excellent customer service, great advice and very punctual. Emmanuel our driver was amazing. He gave us a guided tour around Galveston on our way back to the airport. He was extremely professional and efficient. He emailed the details of our trip and called two days ahead to confirm everything. He checked with the airlines to make sure that our flight was not delayed or cancelled. We used him to pick up at Hobby Airport and transport us to the port for our cruise. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND EMMANUEL FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

This place is amazing!! The shuttle we had booked to take us from Galveston to Hobby canceled while we were on the cruise! I messaged them on the Friday before porting back in and they found room for us, and gave us a discount for the issues we had. They really took care of us last minute and made sure we were able to make it back to Houston! The prices were super reasonable as well (even without the discount). Pick VIP express if you need a shuttle service to or from Galveston.
WOW that's all we can say about VIP Express LLC -- Emanuele is THE MAN! Service is prompt, efficient, friendly and best of personalized. We will definitely use him again when we are in the Houston/Galveston area. Thank you again Emanuele!!!😀
