Visited this car wash for the first time today and loved it! Attendant helped dry my car, other towels available for cleaning, great vacuums and even offered free air fresheners and dash cleaner! Also, had a rug cleaner! Will definitely go back.
I went through there car wash spent 13 dollars they towel dried my car and my window paint is still left on my back window. Not sure how a back window with paint on it is acceptable to leave there car wash. And they didn't dry that window off nor my front push bar or the hood and top of my truck. Just the sides and mirrors

I've been to a lot of car washes and by far VIP is the best in the omaha area. Short of a complete hand washing, there is really no fool proof way to get every square inch of your car spotless but their equipment seems to perform better than others. Additionally, the crew does a pre wash on trouble spots that helps tremendously. I typically don't do reviews but I saw a few one stars about wash quality and customer service so I just wanted to vouch for VIP as my first choice. Thanks!
They take the time to make sure your car leaves looking like they'd want their car to look. Car wash leaves my car looking clean every time, unlike many in town that completely miss areas. Only wish it were open on Sunday's.
Was told in not so many words I'm sol if the car wash doesn't clean your car unless you buy the most expensive one. When I was educated on this I was told I could talk to the manager the only thing is I guess the manager can't come outside. So I confirmed with the person I spoke with (someone I've never saw there before) that I was SOL. Why would you call it a car wash if its only a car wet. I will take my business elsewhere. A bit of advice you should stand by your servive.
After trying every car wash in Omaha, THIS ONE IS THE BEST.
